Battery test

The first step in the process is to test the remaining capacity of the batteries and whether there are errors on the batteries that need to be rectified.

Dismantling the battery pack

The battery pack is disassembled to check the internal parts for faults. The individual modules are then dismantled for recycling.

Preparation for installation in plant

The battery modules are mounted and electrically connected in a single unit ready for installation.

Installation in container

The batteries are installed in a customized shipping container.

Testing and commissioning

The entire plant and all safety systems are tested before commissioning.
